Copa America Centenario moved to Mexico

By Andy Lara - Oklahoma City, OK - The Aztec Warriors  - twitter @kookylara

The steam from FIFA's corruption scandal has once again picked up after the executives at CONMEBOL have decided to switch the country hosting the non-standard Copa America Centenario 2016. Presumed to be an obvious setup for a quick cashout, CONMEBOL setup this lucrative deal to host a "special" Copa America to celebrate Copa America's centennial celebration. Due to the recent allegations it is very obvious the executives at CONMEBOL have decided to switch which country is hosting this cup to protect themselves from prosecution. This change to host it in Mexico should still generate a big TV contract for the white collar folks at CONMEBOL.  Its really a shame that this tournament is still considered to continue in Mexico due to the all of the issues surrounding it. For the sake and respect of the prestigious Copa America it should not be marketed as just another money making tournament.

Wow, I can't believe that

Wow, I can't believe that happened. I guess, I'll have to schedule a trip to Mexico in the summer of next year. =)
