Carlo Ancelotti says Chicharito playing his role

Ancelotti came out to praise Chicharito by saying his work ethic and training is on par with his expectations.  All though Chicharito has not had much playing time he is playing the role that he wants him to play.  For those that played the wonderful sport of soccer, understand that the intensity from practice is the lumber that fuels the fire on gameday.

"When a striker gets an opportunity, he wants to do everything he can and score. I've never asked to him to score goals, but to work hard and help the team. Everyone can assess what he does on the pitch. You have to assess the work he does in training," said Ancelotti.

As the 2014 year comes to an end we see a Real Madrid strong in the Copa Del Rey, La Liga, and Champions League and Chicharito will grow like no other in this season as his contract comes to an end in the summer of 2015.  Chicharito should very much land a new deal at a club were he will be the star of the show.  It will be important for Chicharito to maintain his calm and continue to be the professional that he is.

“It's important to have players who train flat out even if they don't play, like him or Nacho. That's a sign of great professionalism and I value him for that. I would like to give him more playing time because he deserves it for the way he works, but he knows that at Real Madrid there is a lot of competition up front."
